Ozark Mountain Christmas
November 1 - December 31
We invite you to bring your group to Branson, Missouri for Ozark Mountain
Christmas. It's a good idea to make plans early for best availability as this is peak season in Branson. Even if
you're getting a late start making plans a BARA receptive can help you with all of the arrangements.
Branson's official holiday season starts in early November. The show capital of the
world will transform into a Christmas wonderland with beautiful drive through Christmas lighting
displays. Our weather is usually still very nice with average highs in the mid 60's in early November and
average highs in the low 50's in early December. Most shows will do about 1/2 of their regular show and about 1/2
a Christmas show.
The Nutcracker Ballet will be new for 2006 at the Grand Palace Theatre.
Crystal Gayle and Lee Greenwood will have limited dates at the Welk Resort Theatre. Daniel O'Donnel, Bobby
Vinton and Dino Kartsonakis will be returning to Branson for limited engagements. Several other new
shows and attractions will join our traditional favorites to give you a great selection of entertainment.
Most everything will be open until December 10. Several shows and attractions will
be open from December 11 until the end of the year. We'll have a few New Year's Eve shows and parties to
celebrate the arrival of the new year.
